<p style="text-align: justify;">COVID-19 has substantially affected the majority of work capabilities. Higher education is responsible for preparing graduates employment and well-rounded individuals with varied talents. This study determined acquired attributes Bachelor Science in Information Technology (BSIT) whether it anchored to required by industry. Descriptive comparative research designs quantitative method were used this study. had two sets participants. Data on gathered from BSIT 2017-2020 Private Education Institution (HEI) Santiago City, Philippines, who are presently employed. At same time, graduate provided representatives industry partners HEI. A total 45 26 companies participated collected using a modified questionnaire through online surveys drop collect method. Through confirmatory factor analysis, mean scores, t-tests, ANOVA, rankings, findings revealed six-factor result, which tallies latent variables confirmed that they necessary be competitive IT according prescribed graduates. The Graduates Industry agreed Modern tool usage resiliency essential these challenging times workplace. According findings, graduates' university-acquired skills competencies considerably increased their opportunities national global markets sectors, making them timely relevant during COVID-19 beyond.</p>
